1. Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Your order was cancelled before shipment.
  • A valid return request has been approved and the item has passed our quality check.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that are used, washed, or without original tags/packaging.
  • Innerwear, accessories, and sale/clearance items, unless they are defective.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all return conditions.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take a little extra time to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The return request was made after the return window expired.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.
  • Items are returned without proper packaging or missing accessories.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you can initiate a return after receiving your order.
